About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Endava Limited. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies, ensuring we deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Scrum Masters and teams to drive Agile adoption and improve team performance
  • Develop and support coaching plans for Agile teams and team members
  • Support team members to ensure they have the necessary Agile competencies to complete key activities
  • Ensure Agile policies and practices are well-executed and meet business needs
  • Work with key stakeholders to remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and Teams on Sprint planning, impediment removal, and Team execution
  • Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control
  • Protect the interests of the organization and identify and manage risks
  • Participate fully as a member of the Agile team and support a positive work environment
  • Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge for Agile execution and participate in capability building for the team and business unit
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of Agile coaching/Scrum Master experience with a minimum of 3 years in scaled Agile framework
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodology, including scaling techniques, rules, and practices
  • Skill in mentoring, performance management, and using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
  • Proficiency using computer applications including MS Office and industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework
