Location: Remote (2-3 days/week)

Contract Duration: Long-term

Work Eligibility: All Work Authorizations Accepted – No Visa Transfers

Core Competencies: Agile coaching, Scrum methodologies, JIRA expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide coaching to Product Group Owners at the Senior Manager and AVP levels.
  2. Facilitate coaching for multiple teams, including those within Agile Release Trains (team-of-teams).
  3. Focus primarily on coaching teams and Scrum Masters, rather than on delivery or project management tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in coaching across diverse teams.
  2. Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies is essential, as both are utilized within the organization.
  3. Strong understanding of flow metrics, including Lead/Cycle time, predictability, and throughput.
  4. Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
  5. Experience in coaching with Objective and Key Results (OKR).
  6. Certification in Professional Kanban level 1 or Professional Scrum with Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in leadership coaching.
  2. Certification as a Team Kanban Practitioner.
  3. Background in the banking sector.
