Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to enhance our organizational agility. Your primary objective will be to mentor teams and leaders in adopting and maintaining agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of agile principles and develop strategies that deliver substantial business value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and implementation of agile frameworks that promote a culture of organizational agility.
  2. Collaborate with various teams to identify improvement areas and execute strategies that align with agile practices.
  3. Engage with senior leadership to drive the transformation of customer-centric journeys and value streams.
  4. Quantify coaching effectiveness and track progress against the agile transformation roadmap.

Business Transformation and Leadership Support
Conduct assessments of transformation readiness and facilitate workshops for leadership teams. Assist in prioritizing business objectives and aligning senior management with agile methodologies.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Identify and implement enhancements to existing agile practices. Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with agile principles.

Training and Development
Promote a proactive approach to organizational change and develop tailored coaching plans for agile delivery teams.

Alignment with Strategic Objectives
Ensure that agile initiatives align with the broader business transformation goals and strategic objectives of the organization.

Metrics and Reporting
Establish metrics to measure the impact of coaching on delivery performance and create standardized reporting frameworks.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Coach.
  • A strong track record of achieving stakeholder engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
