Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach to facilitate enterprise-wide agility. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor teams and leaders in adopting and maintaining agile methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embrace agile principles and implement strategies that deliver business value.
- Work closely with Journey Specialized teams, Enabling Functions, and stakeholders to identify improvement areas and implement agile methodologies.
- Provide guidance beyond the Scrum framework, facilitating agile solutions across multiple teams and communicating insights to leadership.
- Engage with senior leadership to enable the transformation of customer-centric journeys and value streams.

Change Agent Role
As a change agent, you will represent the overall progress of the agile transformation and contribute to enhancing agile performance across the enterprise, ultimately supporting Questrade's customer journey strategy.

Agile Culture Development
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement while promoting the growth of the Agile culture within QFG.
- Collaborate with leadership to create an Adhocracy culture that encourages cross-functional innovation and agility in product effectiveness.

Organizational Structure and Governance
- Design and implement structures and policies that optimize workflow, value creation, and employee well-being.
- Ensure alignment with the Questwork Agile philosophy to maintain a lean flow of value and visualize constraints.

Business Transformation Support
- Conduct Transformation Readiness Assessments with leadership and organize workshops for leadership and teams engaged in Agile transformations.
- Assist senior leaders in prioritizing business goals and aligning with Agile Mindset and Project Management.

Training and Development
- Coach agile delivery teams on various agile practices and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Quantify the impact of coaching on delivery performance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
