About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to join our team at Endava Limited. As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to Scrum Masters and delivery teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Agile Adoption: Help clients transition to Agile by identifying and addressing organizational and cultural barriers.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance Agile adoption.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to educate clients on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful Agile adoption.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Agile adoption and success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or a related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary education.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe).
