About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to join our team at Endava. As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies.
  • Scaled Agile Framework: Collaborate with teams to implement scaled Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Team Development: Coach teams to develop their skills and capabilities, ensuring they have the necessary competencies to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles, with a minimum of 3 years in scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodology, and scaling techniques, including estimating, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
  • Skills: Ability to establish goals and objectives, lead, plan, execute, and evaluate committed work activities, and mentor, perform, and analyze data.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe).
