About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to join our team at Endava Limited. As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will play a key role in driving Agile adoption across our organization, helping teams to improve their processes and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to Scrum Masters and teams to help them improve their Agile practices and processes.
  • Agile Adoption: Work with stakeholders to identify areas for Agile adoption and develop strategies for implementing Agile methodologies across the organization.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to help teams develop their Agile skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address these areas.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success of Agile adoption and process improvement initiatives.
  • Communication: Communicate the benefits and value of Agile adoption to stakeholders and teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master experience with a minimum of 3 years in scaled Agile framework.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodology, including scaling techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
  • Skill: Skill in mentoring, performance management and, using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency using computer applications including MS Office and industry standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
