Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Product Growth Strategist to join our Partnerships & Platform organization. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll define product roadmaps and strategies that drive channel partner growth, working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists.
- You will build a deep understanding of our diverse customer base: partner groups consisting of home service businesses (e.g., plumbing companies, landscapers, electricians, housekeeping services).
- You will balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets across various channel categories.
- You will cultivate relationships with product partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in roles involving partnerships or scalable solutions beyond SMBs.
- A proven ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders to execute on transformation.
- The capacity to synthesize problems from complex user groups into cohesive product strategies and directions.
