About the Role

As a Customer Growth Strategist at Superside, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused marketing efforts and leading growth strategies to maximize the lifetime value of our customers.

You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and be responsible for developing and executing customer-facing programs that deliver results.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team of marketers and designers and leverage a powerful tech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, Dreamdata, Demandbase, etc.) to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from engagement and onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Leading and executing customer marketing campaigns (email, events, in-product communications), continuously assessing program performance and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with content, services, and customer success teams to create campaigns that drive retention and expansion
  • Partnering with the product team to experiment with in-product user experiences that drive retention, growth, and expansion (e.g., in-app prompts, notifications, etc.)
  • Serving as a customer champion, celebrating customer wins and advocating for their success both internally and externally
  • Bringing creative ideas to the table to help meet revenue goals and uncover new opportunities for growth
  • Owning, optimizing, and scaling Superside's customer advocacy program
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Proven success in developing customer growth strategies in a subscription-based business model
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to balance instincts and creativity to solve challenges
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on, self-starter mentality, with experience creating scalable processes in a growing company
  • Self-motivated and proactive, always seeking out ways to enhance reach and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with experience presenting and discussing ideas in large groups
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
