Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective document management systems and workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents to stakeholders.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within SharePoint to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to align with the unique requirements of various departments and projects across the organization.
  • Deliver technical support and guidance to end-users for effective utilization of SharePoint in collaboration, document sharing, and project management.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and errors faced by users, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with document management and control.
  • Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • Experienced in document management systems and workflows (Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), SharePoint, ProjectWise).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint including experience of performing administrative functions.
  • Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and significant attention to detail.
