Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to join our dynamic team As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, scanning and uploading documents into our Assessment Division Management System (ADMS), and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of document lists.
Responsibilities
- Review documents for duplicates and miscellaneous items
- Scan and upload documents into ADMS
- Electronically bookmark and sort documents
- Extract document lists for use in final reports
- Verify document lists provided by referral sources
- Monitor Documents Management Tracking Operational Report and Dashboard
- Monitor emails for urgent files
- Ensure timely forwarding of medical information to assessors
- Provide customer service
- Solve problems
- Enter data
- Protect personal and personal health information
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative position, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry
- Relevant post-secondary or community college education
- Medium to advanced level computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
