Regional Business Development Manager

The Territory Manager position requires a motivated self-starter with a strong background in foodservice sales, committed to service excellence. You will strengthen Flanagan's brand and presence in your territory, ensuring customers have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and margin dollars within a designated territory by increasing business with new and existing customers, ensuring category development and overall customer profitability.
- Provide individualized sales plans by identifying product lines that best fit our customers, including advertising and promotions.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers to meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking, and referral activities within designated territories.
- Support the management of credits and accounts receivables.
- Develop and communicate updates on individual territory strategies and progress.
Requirements:
- A valid Ontario Class G driver's license and use of a personal vehicle during performance of duties.
- Previous sales experience and a proven sales track record.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Superior negotiation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to execute individual and company business growth plans.
- Flexibility to participate in occasional work activities outside regular business hours.
Our salary range for this role is estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We celebrate and reward your achievements with outstanding employee benefits, including profit-sharing, pension programs, and comprehensive health benefits.
