Executive Regional Manager for National Capital Region

At Com-Net (Communication Cabling and Network Solutions) Inc, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Regional Manager to lead our operations in the National Capital Region.

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of professionals, and driving business growth and profitability in the region.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement regional operational plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of professionals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
