Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with Scalaleadership, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across North America. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead initiatives and build new business relationships for our IT services and solutions provider client.
About the RoleThis is a greenfield opportunity to identify partnership opportunities within the region and develop new relationships to grow business and aid expansion efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads through various means, including cold-calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue business partnerships within the region to drive growth and expansion;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales revenue;
- Generate leads and qualify potential customers to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship-building. Your expertise in IT service selling, engineering solutions, DevOps, quality assurance & testing solutions, and knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance arena will be invaluable assets in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise-level sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a true business hunter mentality. You will be focused on delivering exceptional results, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue;
- Strong understanding of IT services, engineering solutions, and the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software;
