The Administrative Clerk, Integrated Health Network, reports to the Manager or designate and utilizes various computerized applications to support the multidisciplinary team. This involves providing a communication link between patients, doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community agencies, services, and programs. Key responsibilities include providing clerical support, typing reports and documents, referrals, database management, answering general inquiries, and scheduling and timekeeping.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Secretarial or Office Administration Certificate, Medical Terminology, and one year of recent, related experience. This experience should include patient scheduling and spreadsheet and database applications. Travel is a requirement of the position, and a valid BC driver’s license is necessary. Utilizing a personal vehicle is also required.
