Job Overview

The Support Services Coordinator is a key role within our organization, providing administrative support to senior management and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Office Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, oversee payroll administration, and maintain inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, greet visitors, and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, compile data, and maintain digital databases with precision and accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.

Work Details

  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the essential skills and qualifications required for this role.
