The Support Services Coordinator is a key role within our organization, providing administrative support to senior management and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Office Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, oversee payroll administration, and maintain inventory control.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, greet visitors, and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Data Management: Perform data entry, compile data, and maintain digital databases with precision and accuracy.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
Work Details
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the essential skills and qualifications required for this role.
