About the Role

Pilotage Software Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing financial data, and providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Manage Financial Data: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support financial decision-making and reporting.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Assist with Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets, and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Work with Minimal Supervision: Demonstrate ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, SharePoint, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week in a general office setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
