About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at CCUE Finance. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute Taking

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Office Procedures and Routines

Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Communication and Correspondence

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Inventory and Filing

Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail, with a strong understanding of computerized information systems.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
