Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Office Procedures and RoutinesDetermine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Communication and CorrespondenceAnswer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Inventory and FilingOrder office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Office and electronic mail, with a strong understanding of computerized information systems.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
