About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at CCUE Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute Taking

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Office Procedures and Routines

Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Communication and Correspondence

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Information Filing Systems

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

Document Preparation

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral communication skills, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
