About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at CCUE Finance. As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute Taking

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Office Procedures and Routines

Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow.

Communication and Correspondence

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Supply Management and Inventory

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Information Filing and Document Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements
