Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1427176 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
