Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising a team of 16-20 people.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
