Administrative Coordinator

At SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
