Regional Sales Manager - Central and Western Canada

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the Canadian market. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and assist in setting territory sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing and discount strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators, and clients to drive sales and product adoption.
  • Represent Ross Video at trade association meetings and events to promote our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments to ensure expertise and knowledge-sharing within the team.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the broadcast equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid passport and driver's license.
