We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive and lead sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue in our beautiful community.

About the Role

  1. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing to focus on occupancy and revenue targets.
  2. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales and leasing of retirement suites in assigned communities, offering Independent Supportive Living and Assisted Living.
  3. You will leverage our consultative sales process to help seniors and adult children make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residence.
  4. Utilize creative follow-up efforts and conduct tours to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community influencers to promote and encourage referral-based traffic.
  6. Establish and implement marketing plans to ensure optimal occupancy is achieved in the residence.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in retirement sales or a related field.
  2. Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  3. Ability to successfully follow an established sales process, including closing sales transactions.
  4. Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills.
  5. Computer literate with knowledge of related software programs.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time permanent position requiring flexible hours to respond to optimal periods of sales traffic.
  • A valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Vaccination status and Vulnerable Persons Check are mandatory.
