About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality industry business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Process Documents

Review and analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate Meetings and Events

Prepare agendas, make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, and coordinate special publicity events and promotions.

Provide Research and Data Support

Conduct research and provide data support to our management team, ensuring timely and accurate information.

Manage Budget and Finances

Administer budget and financial resources, ensuring effective use of company funds.

Develop and Implement Processes

Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, and establish and maintain contact with suppliers.

Communicate Effectively

Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, and with other organizations and associations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
