Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality industry business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Process Documents

Review and analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Meeting Coordination

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.

Research and Data Analysis

Conduct research to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Communication and Liaison

Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Financial Management

Administer budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of company funds.

Process Improvement

Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Supplier Management

Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Event Planning

Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Contract Negotiation

Negotiate business contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business administration/management.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Personal Qualities

Dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, adaptability, and time management.
