We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Contract Administrator to join our team at a premier architecture and design firm in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction administration tasks for projects, handling both office duties and field duties.
  • Organize and manage contract administration, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Implement project plans as directed by or in collaboration with the project team.
  • Supervise project work and ensure it aligns with established goals and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, focusing on construction administration and design aspects.
  • Regularly update the project architect and principals on job cost control, scheduling issues, project progress, and time management.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience with mixed-use and healthcare projects.
  • Knowledge of local and provincial building codes.
  • Ability to work in both official languages is a strong asset.
