Job Description


This role involves leading the management of Medical Staff contracts and deliverables within the organization. The Senior Contract Administration Specialist will be responsible for drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and developing a comprehensive Contact Management Framework.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to ensure effective contract management
  • Draft contracts to reflect services and novel delivery models
  • Conduct due diligence and complete relevant contract documentation
  • Develop and maintain a Contact Management Framework
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on organizational needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide advice on best practices
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of experience in healthcare or a related field. You should also possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
