Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Ottapro Education Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Coach and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
