Job Summary:

The Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids will be a strategic partner to the Fluids Business Unit, delivering exceptional service and support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer policies and procedures related to Human Resources activities, ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
  • Analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR and safety apps, and provide support to plants as needed.
  • Lead corporate recruiting efforts, and assist with onboarding and training for Corporate staff.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, and assist with immigration and relocation as needed.
  • Track performance appraisals, and assist with succession planning and IDP's.
  • Provide month-end reporting, and manage employee headcount/manning reports.
  • Liaise with governmental bodies and the legal community to ensure compliance with Human Resources activities.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years at a manager level.
  • CHRL/CHRP designation is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, as well as workplace legislation and employment law.
