Job Summary:

The Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids will be a strategic partner to the Fluids Business Unit, delivering exceptional service and support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer policies and procedures related to Human Resources activities
  • Analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR and safety apps
  • Recruit and onboard Corporate staff, with support to plants as needed
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, performance appraisal tracking, and succession planning
  • Assist with immigration and relocation, training, and compliance
  • Manage employee headcount/manning reports and liaison with governmental bodies

Requirements:

  • College degree in Human Resources Management or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing industry, with 3 years at manager level
  • CHRL/CHRP designation an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, workplace legislation, and employment law
