Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids

Job Summary:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids will be a strategic partner to the Fluids Business Unit, delivering exceptional service and support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer policies and procedures related to Human Resources activities
- Analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR and safety apps
- Recruit and onboard Corporate staff, with support to plants as needed
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, performance appraisal tracking, and succession planning
- Assist with immigration and relocation, training, and compliance
- Manage employee headcount/manning reports and liaison with governmental bodies
Requirements:
- College degree in Human Resources Management or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing industry, with 3 years at manager level
- CHRL/CHRP designation an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and workplace legislation
