Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Administrator to join our team at JEEVA PHYSIO. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of appointments, ensure timely and efficient booking processes, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize clinic operations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage reception duties, and provide a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, handle confidential information with discretion, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting or similar environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
