We are seeking a reliable and organized Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at DR. G. RANA INC. As a key member of our medical office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Interviews and Coordinates: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories, and schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete insurance and other claim forms, maintain accurate filing systems, order supplies, and manage inventory.
- Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Communication: Enter and format electronic medical reports, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Education and Experience: College diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Skills and Abilities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
