Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to existing and new customers, while meeting sales quota and gross profit targets. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Handle incoming sales traffic and qualify all prospects.
- Arrange trade-in appraisals and liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations.
- Turn over all sales customers to the finance office and arrange new and pre-owned deliveries.
- Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and study product changes, and attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Familiarize yourself with all manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs, and make annual lease maturity contact calls with existing clients.
- Keep apprised of competitive products and review historical performance vs. objectives with management.
- Participate in off-site marketing and advertising initiatives, and assist in the arrangement of showroom displays.
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales or purchase contracts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clear Driver's Abstract.
- Strong business acumen, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sell the minimum quota according to dealership objectives, and excellent customer service skills.
