Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales and lease targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and lease goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
