Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to established customers and new prospects via the telephone or walk-in business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell our products and/or services to established customers or new prospects via the telephone or walk-in business.
  • Product Knowledge: Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that the product or service arrives on time, as well as following up to find out more about customer satisfaction.
  • Skill Development: Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Prior Sales Background: Prior sales experience is required.
  • Pipeline Management: Strong pipeline management skills are necessary.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer software is required.
  • Sales Specific Skillset And Experience: Sales specific skillset and experience is required.
