The Administrative Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity at SIMTEE CONSTRUCTIONS to utilize your organizational and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and overseeing the coordination of office administrative activities.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have 1-7 months of experience in an administrative setting and are proficient in data entry, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate office administrative activities, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and evaluate office performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative setting
  • Degree not required but preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
