Golden Minds Montessori Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct and motivate staff. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include planning and controlling budgets, recording meeting minutes, and developing recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR department to ensure the smooth operation of the office. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
* Ensure the HR department meets the organization's goals

**Requirements:**

* Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

**Supervision:**

* 1 to 2 people
