Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs as needed.
- Office Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
