About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team at Colas USA. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with division leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and dynamic talent retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing team
  • Create individual development plans to guide employees through their personal growth journeys
  • Lead action plans for annual engagement surveys to foster a culture of open communication and feedback
  • Coach employees on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Manage employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide oversight to senior leaders with captivating HR dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources management
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
  • Vehicle for transportation and extensive local travel
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
