Senior Human Resources Business Partner

At Miller Paving Limited (HO), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with division leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
  • Develop and implement dynamic talent retention initiatives to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Create individual development plans to guide employees through their personal growth journeys.
  • Coach employees on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Investigate employee relations issues and develop performance plans to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Present HR dashboards to division and senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives.
