Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Miller Paving Limited (HO). As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and School Relations:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage and monitor trainee programs to ensure successful onboarding and development.
  • Training:
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance administrative management skills.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain C&B systems.
  • HR Development:
    • Develop and implement diversity, integration, mobility, and career management initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnering. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
