We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team at Colas USA. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with division leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and dynamic talent retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Create individual development plans to guide employees through their personal growth journeys.
  • Lead action plans for annual engagement surveys to foster a culture of open communication and employee feedback.
  • Coach operations on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide oversight to senior leaders with captivating HR dashboards, presenting data and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources management.
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR.
  • Vehicle for transportation and extensive local travel.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
