At Miller Paving Limited (HO), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with division leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
- Develop and implement dynamic talent retention initiatives to maintain a high-performing team.
- Create individual development plans to guide employees through their personal growth journeys.
- Coach employees on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Investigate employee relations issues and develop performance plans to maintain a positive work environment.
- Present HR dashboards to division and senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives.
