Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Service Delivery to lead our Service Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and compliance aspects of our transportation operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Service Delivery department, including financial and operational performance.
  • Accountable for budget and labor costs.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Service Delivery staff.
  • Provide strategic direction to meet and exceed service quality and reduce operating costs.
  • Own the planning and coordination of routes and schedules to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
  • Partner with other teams to resolve conflicts and remove process roadblocks.
  • Responsible for employee discipline and corrective actions.
  • Participate in incident investigations and safety improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree educated in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Logistics preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience with demonstrable leadership and senior management activities.
  • Experience in managing large teams within Transport Logistics.
Working Conditions

This is an administrative/management oversight role that requires occasional operation on the ramp. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
