Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Transportation Operations team, driving business growth and excellence in service delivery.
  • Operational Performance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery department, ensuring seamless execution of transportation and logistics services.
  • Financial Management: Manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in transportation logistics, with a proven track record of leadership and senior management activities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and process improvement.
