Cattail Crossing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, as well as ensuring hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations. In addition, you will communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for food safety and handling, we encourage you to apply. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 44 hours per week. Gratuities are also included. The work setting is a golf course, and the tasks include preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. The financial benefits include gratuities, a permanent work term, and English as the work language. The hours of work are 30 to 44 hours per week.
