About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Faheem and Sons Enterprise Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure that our food is safe and of the highest quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service establishment
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability
